Once we receive your order we will

  1. Send you a VAT invoice to the email address provided. If you would prefer a hard copy of the invoice posted then it is important that you let us know in the comments section of the order.
  2. If the item is in stock it will be dispatched the same working day the order is placed if received before Midday. If received after Midday then it will not be dispatched until the following working day. Any orders received over the weekend or Bank Holiday will  be dispatched on the next working day subject to stock avilability. 
  3. We use 2 main couriers. Parcelforce and DPD. Delivery times are usually 2 working days to the UK and next working day to Ireland. We do endeavour to maintain these target delivery dates but unfortunately sometimes slight delays may occur which are beyond our control. So if you have arranged to have the items installed please do not confirm an installation date until you receive the product.
  4. Please note our courier requires a contact number. So please ensure you input a contact number when placing the order. On our part we will let you know the courier and the consignment number once your items have been dispatched.

A summer-bypass facility comes as standard providing background cooling during the warmer months. Due to its potential to save energy, this high duty system boasts some of the best SFP and SAP scores, which will help you meet the Code for Sustainable Homes level 3 or above and meet Part F and L Building Regulations. The compact, lightweight MRXBOXAB-ECO4 has been specifically designed for wall installation and is easy to install and maintain with accessible filters. The low-maintenance operation means that you can fit and forget your unit with filters that require changing every five years. Additionally, a five year warranty gives extra peace of mind. The model is compatible with Nuaireﾒs Touch Screen Controller, giving you added freedom to tailor the systemﾒs performance to suit your home and your lifestyle. With simple, intuitive instructions, you can programme settings to save further energy based on the changing seasons or your changing needs.
